Lisa Holt, PhD
Lisa Holt joined HealthpointCapital as an Operating Partner in 2021. She currently serves as Vice President of Clinical, Compliance, and Medical Affairs for IlluminOss Medical, a HealthpointCapital MSK Fund I portfolio company. She also holds leadership roles across MSK Fund II portfolio companies, serving as Vice President of Clinical, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs for SteriCUBE, and Vice President of Clinical, Compliance, and Medical Affairs for ImmersiveTouch.
Dr. Holt brings more than two decades of experience leading clinical research, medical affairs, and compliance organizations within global medical device companies. She began her career at Stryker, where she spent 13 years in engineering, marketing, and clinical research roles and supported the rapid global expansion of the trauma business. She went on to lead Stryker’s healthcare compliance function, developing scalable systems to manage healthcare provider interactions.
She later joined DJO Global, where she built the company’s device registry platform, implemented electronic data capture (EDC) systems and patient‑engagement technologies, and partnered closely with Quality and Regulatory on EU MDR and FDA compliance initiatives. During her tenure, she also led two Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) clinical trials.
Dr. Holt holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University, a MS in Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and a BS in Engineering from Tufts University.
